The Moomba Society (formerly the Western Canadian Pediatric AIDS Society) was established to provide support for children living with or affected by HIV/AIDS.

The primary focus of the society is to enhance the lives of children through the Camp Moomba summer program, which offer specialized recreational and support programs to children affected by HIV/AIDS. The secondary focus of the society is to provide year-round programming for children impacted by HIV/AIDS.
