Mental health and addictions services.

Care providers available: Registered nurse, registered social worker, professional counselor, mental health outreach worker through Life Skills program.

Services: Clinical case management, community-based case management, outreach, Life Skills worker will assist with delivering medication, counselling services, some assistance with completion of forms related to mental health and addictions.

Application process: Direct and self-referral.
Areas served: Prince Rupert, Metlakatla, Kitkatla, Port Simpson, Port Edward
