Serves people living with HIV/AIDS, as well as those experiencing issues relating to housing, income, nutrition, access to health care including addictions and mental health services, connections with natural support systems, and other determinants of health.

Mon to Fri: 8:30 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 4:30 pm
Wed: 8:30 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 8 pm
