Provides a point of entry for all adult mental health and substance use services in the Nanaimo area.

Services provided: Crisis counselling on walk-in basis, withdrawal management support, connections to appropriate mental health and substance use services programs, hospital and/or community treatment, and recovery services. Application process: Services are available to any person who has a major mental illness, an addiction or is in acute emotional distress.
