Mental health and addictions services.

Care providers available: Doctor once a week for methadone treatment, psychiatrist, registered nurse, RPN, registered social worker, professional cousellor, supported independent living program workers, on-call outreach workers through crisis response team.

Services available: Clinical case management, community based case management, outreach during daytime hours, medications assistance, counselling services, completion of disability/assistance forms if a client is with a social worker, monitoring of lab results by doctor, healthcare navigation, day treatment program that runs in 8 week cycles, support groups for depression, anxiety and assertiveness.

Languages:English only, but have access to translators.

Area served: Fort St. John, Charlie Lake, Hudson’s Hope. Program serves surrounding area for methadone treatment.

Mon to Fri: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
